How it works

After your first session, if you want to continue, we'll discuss which rhythm works for your schedule and goals. Memberships are monthly, billed automatically, and designed around consistent training — not drop-in frequency.

3-Month Minimum
Real change takes time. All memberships begin with a 3-month commitment — not as a contract, but because that's the threshold where results actually show.
24-Hour Reschedule Policy
Sessions must be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations count as used sessions. This protects your time and mine.
One Pause Per Year
Up to 4 weeks pause per year — for injury, travel, or season transitions. No penalty, no lost sessions.
6-Month Loyalty Reward
After 6 consecutive months, you unlock a complimentary check-in session — a full movement assessment and goal reset, on the house.

Show up

Arrive at Studio Jaad in St-Henri. We'll spend the first few minutes on a brief intake — your sport, goals, anything relevant. Then we move.

Do the work

60 minutes. Full apparatus. Precise coaching. This is what a private session actually feels like — no distractions, no shortcuts.

We talk next steps

After the session, if you want to continue, we'll discuss which membership rhythm fits your schedule. Zero pressure. Your call.

Studio Policies
Clear from
the start.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged in full and count as a used session. No exceptions.

Payment

First sessions are paid online at booking via Stripe. Membership billing is monthly, automatic, on your billing date. Memberships are non-refundable once the month has begun.

Membership Commitment

All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After 3 months, memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Session Expiry

Monthly sessions do not roll over. Each month is a fresh allocation. If you consistently can't attend, that's a conversation — not a credit.

Membership Pause

One pause per year, up to 4 consecutive weeks, is permitted for injury, travel, or season transitions. Pause requests must be submitted by email at least 7 days in advance.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin on time. Arriving late shortens your session — it does not extend it. If you know you'll be late, let me know in advance.
