Capped at four
Every class runs with a maximum of four participants. This isn't a number on a page — it's a commitment to making sure you leave with feedback that's actually about you.
Full apparatus
Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrel — all available within a single session. The apparatus changes based on what the class is working on that day, not what's easiest to set up.
50 minutes of work
No warm-up padding, no cool-down filler. 50 minutes of intentional movement, structured programming, and direct coaching cues from start to finish.
Fixed schedule
Classes run on a consistent weekly schedule. Show up to the same slot every week and you start to build something — momentum, community, and results that compound.

Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packs expire 3 months from purchase. Memberships — with recurring weekly spots and better per-class rates — are on the way.
Clear from
the start.
Cancellation
Classes must be cancelled with a minimum of 12 hours notice. Late cancellations (under 12 hours) are charged in full and count as a used class. No exceptions.
Class Size
All classes are capped at four participants. Spots are reserved on a first-come basis. Book early — classes fill and waitlists are not guaranteed.
Late Arrival
Classes begin on time. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in forfeiting your spot to a waitlisted client. Let us know in advance if you're running late.
Pack Expiry
Class packs expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused classes are forfeited after expiry.
Payment
All packs are paid in full at purchase via the booking platform. Drop-in classes are paid at booking. No refunds once purchased.
What to Bring
Grip socks are recommended for apparatus work but not required. Water bottle and comfortable movement clothing. Arrive 5 minutes early for your first session so we can do a brief intake.
